**Narration:** A new inquiry. An address missing. A quote you meant to follow up.

**Visual:** In the CompanyOS window, a request from Sam Wilson appears: “Hello, we are planning some renovation work. Could we discuss what you would need to prepare a quote?” Marked as information needed: Site address · Photos. On-screen text: “One more message.”

**Narration:** CompanyOS brings the request and its information together.

**Narration:** It prepares the question. You review it and keep control of prices, dates and promises.

**Visual:** Beside the source, a draft reply waits for review: “Hi Sam, could you send the site address and a few photos of the areas concerned? That will help us understand the request before discussing the next step.” On-screen text: “You know the job.”

**Narration:** The next step is clear, without starting every reply from scratch.
