Axoperf
Axoperf is an early field-operations product built around central case files, dispatch queues, document checklists, technical handoffs, audit trails, and field progress. We use it as an operating company lab: a real vertical domain where we validate how governed operating loops behave before turning those patterns into reusable CompanyOS workflows, contracts, and modules.
What Axoperf is
A field-operations product, used as a proof domain.
Axoperf runs the day-to-day of a field-operations business: cases come in, work is dispatched, documents are checked, technical handoffs happen between people, and every step leaves an audit trail. That makes it a useful place to pressure-test the CompanyOS idea, governed operating loops where AI proposes the next step and humans stay in charge of reserved actions, against the messiness of a real vertical.
The field-operations loop
These are the moving parts Axoperf exercises. Each one maps to a CompanyOS pattern we want to validate in a real vertical context.
A single record per case holds context, documents, and history; the operating-graph node a governed loop reads from and writes to.
Work is routed to the right person at the right time. A natural place to test where AI can propose routing and humans confirm.
Required documents are tracked and verified. Policy-style checks that map directly to CompanyOS approval gates.
Cases move between people and roles. Each handoff is a reserved transition that benefits from explicit ownership.
What happened, who did it, and when: recorded as the case progresses. The same replayable-evidence shape CompanyOS treats as first-class.
Status moves as work happens on site. Signals that a continuous operating loop can advance and humans can supervise.
What it validates
Axoperf does not prove the full Autonomous Company vision. It helps validate specific, reusable CompanyOS patterns in a domain with genuine operating pressure.
How a signal → proposal → human decision → action loop behaves when the work is field operations, not a clean back-office form.
Where reserved actions and document/policy checks belong when a real team is doing the work under time pressure.
What a useful, replayable audit trail looks like for a case that moves through many hands and locations.
How to read this
A lab, not a packaged Solution.
Axoperf is an operating company lab and a field-operations proof domain. It is not a packaged CompanyOS Solution, an AI Ops Automation Sprint, or a pricing tier, and it is not presented here as a customer case study. It is a place where we test CompanyOS patterns so the workflows, contracts, and modules we make reusable are grounded in real operating work.

Operating company labs inform the governed workflows we package as CompanyOS Solutions, and they sit inside the longer Autonomous Companies arc.
Start where the pain is real
Start with one governed workflow.
Operating company labs like Axoperf inform the patterns. You adopt them one governed workflow at a time, with your approvers in charge and replayable evidence behind every decision.
