Public website and gated application
The public marketing pages may be browsed without an account. Application, workspace, and API surfaces require authenticated access and may be restricted by role, tenant, and contractual authorization.
You must keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected misuse. Automated access, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing access controls is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
Business use only
CompanyOS is provided for professional and B2B evaluation or use. Consumer-law warranties are not intended to apply to business users except where mandatory law says otherwise.
Demos, previews, fixtures, and generated examples are provided for evaluation and may not represent production availability, certifications, integrations, or legal advice.
User responsibilities
You agree not to:
• upload unlawful, infringing, confidential, or regulated data without an applicable agreement;
• use the service to make autonomous high-impact decisions without human review;
• attempt to extract secrets, credentials, model prompts, or other users’ data;
• interfere with availability, security, audit logs, or approval controls.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law and the signed agreement, CHAMAN VENTURES is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data caused by customer systems, or use outside documented boundaries.
We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, or product changes. Material B2B service terms are governed by the executed order form or agreement where one exists.
