Controller and scope
CHAMAN VENTURES, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, acts as controller for public website, B2B prospecting, account-access, and support data it directly collects through this web application.
When CompanyOS is operated for a customer workspace, the customer may be the controller for workspace content and CHAMAN VENTURES may act as processor under a separate agreement.
Data categories
Depending on the feature used, we may process:
• business contact details submitted through forms, waitlists, or sales conversations;
• product usage events needed for auditability, reliability, abuse prevention, and support;
